In 2010, Farah was given the spiritual name- Sarita, which means River; ‘the river through which purity and truth flows.’

Michael Olivotto

image013

When I started yoga I could barely turn my neck. A combination of work and bike accidents had broken my body. As I began to release the built up tension, I became intrigued by the philosophical and spiritual message of yoga.
While working as an archaeologist in remote parts of British Columbia, I began to practice on my own to the music that called to me: hard and punk rock. This music brought me far deeper into myself than I had believed possible. By teaching a powerful yoga style to contemporary music, I hope to awaken a spiritual and physical balance in people who might otherwise dismiss yoga.
I am inspired by my love for growth and change. I can still remember being called the anti-gumby and scoffing at the idea that I could benefit from yoga, believing that I was genetically inflexible. One of my great pleasures is helping students discover for themselves the limits that they have built into their bodies and allowing them to break past their boundaries. Rock out with your heart out! Allow the practice and music to draw you within yourself. Smile as you sweat, laugh as you fall, and be elated as you connect with the beauty, power and grace that resides within us all!

Above all, yoga enables me to get out of my way, everyday, to cultivate the courage to live out loud and be happy being the brilliant, imperfect me that is perfect after all – just as I am.” Will’s Yoga classes are “an experiential explosion of music, sweat, stillness, and energy that will open your heart and leave you overflowing with bliss.”
